Lockdown rules published (Wales) – list of landlords’ COVID-safe responsibilities
A “firebreak lockdown” has been introduced across Wales to help regain control of coronavirus. This means a series of restrictive measures have been in place from last night 6pm Friday until 12.01am Monday 9th November.

MP launches Bill to outlaw pet discrimination by landlords
Conservative MP Andrew Rosindell’s Dogs and Domestic Animals (Accommodation and Protection) Bill aims to give tenants the right to live with their pet – provided that they can prove they are responsible pet owners.
Tenant demand hits four-year high
Research carried out on behalf of Paragon Bank has revealed that during July to September tenant demand hit a four-year high, with landlords in the North West and South West reporting the strongest levels of growth.
